What you will be doing: Understand Business Requirements Strategy Experience in inception phase of projects Non-Functional Requirements Story Gathering Story Writing Backlog Refinement Story breakdown based on Value and Priorities Feedback based roadmap definition You are a good match if you have: BA/BS or advanced degree in relevant field preferred or demonstrated comparable experience in software development products/industries. Minimum 5 years experience. Strong project leadership skills, including client management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties. Proven ability to formalize business requirements and insights into a future-state vision and gain buy-in from stakeholders on project plans. Ability to anticipate problems and identify project risks and assumptions. Experience overseeing BAs, deliverables and simultaneous projects. Cross-functional understanding of various SDLC roles and responsibilities. Experience working with distributed teams and clients. Mature knowledge of Agile and SDLC concepts, practices, and techniques. Nice to Have: SM experience or knowledge Why Intive?
