Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our client's team in the automotive industry.
The role involves contributing to a strategic project aimed at replacing the current CRM IT system with a modern solution by 2026.
The project entails analyzing and optimizing customer service processes and integrating new IT applications into the existing IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities : Analyze and document complex technical and strategic processes Validate requirement elements and architectural artifacts Define and document project requirements Implement an IT application contract and ensure smooth integration into the existing IT landscape Provide user training and facilitate the transition of the solution to operations Create and manage epics, features, and BPMN processes Coordinate cross-functional technical topics with various stakeholders Technical and Experience Requirements : At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner, including a minimum of 2 years in IT projects 5 years of consulting experience in CRM or marketing Demonstrated experience in process optimization and automation projects Proficiency in agile methodologies such as SCRUM or SAFe Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) with JIRA and Confluence Expertise in creating epics, features, and user stories Knowledge of EU tender projects Familiarity with MS Teams for project communication and MS SharePoint for document management Join a forward-thinking team working on a high-impact CRM transformation project.
