About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO, elevating their productivity and enabling them to focus on what matters most.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, requiring you to act as a strategic partner, implementing systems that optimize time management and operational efficiency.
You will lead efforts to integrate a time management framework and a meetings framework designed by our CEO, ensuring their execution aligns with company priorities.
You'll bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise—all while embodying CookUnity's values as a trusted advisor and cultural ambassador.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, influence operational effectiveness, and drive meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid working setup, and might require some travel.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Time Management:Implement and maintain a time management framework that aligns the CEO and COO's schedules with key priorities, ensuring time is allocated effectively for deep work, strategic thinking, and critical engagements.Manage and optimize executive calendars by proactively scheduling, rescheduling, and triaging requests with a focus on high-value activities.Gate-keep time to balance productivity with personal well-being, recommending and enforcing boundaries when necessary.Implement a new meetings framework, ensuring all meetings have clear objectives, agendas, and outcomes.Prepare materials in advance, facilitate follow-ups, and ensure accountability on action items.Proactively streamline meetings by identifying areas for consolidation or elimination.Operational Support:Coordinate and execute special projects, team activities, and events (e.g., town halls, all-hands meetings, and team socials).Track and manage monthly expenses, budgets, and reimbursements with precision.Act as a liaison and point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering relationships built on trust and professionalism.Serve as a sounding board for executive leadership, offering insights and solutions while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.What You BringExperience & Expertise:8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives in high-growth or fast-paced environments.Proven track record of implementing time management systems and frameworks to improve executive productivity.Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills, with an innate ability to anticipate needs.Skills & Tools:Advanced proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and project management tools (e.g., Notion).Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with an ability to synthesize information effectively.Mindset & Approach:Obsessed with details, solution-oriented, and driven to get things done with minimal oversight.Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.A trusted partner who embodies integrity, reliability, and discretion.Culture & Fit:A proactive team player who aligns with CookUnity's values, fosters collaboration, and contributes positively to the company culture.Passionate about driving impact and enabling others to succeed.Why Join UsAt CookUnity, you'll be part of a mission-driven team that's transforming how people eat while empowering chefs to thrive.
