What's Essential To excel in this role, you should possess the following: Fluent in English : Good communication and clear explanations of rationale.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly and effectively, and working well within a team environment Proficiency in Backend Technologies: Strong experience in Node.js and Python, with a deep understanding of building and maintaining server-side applications.
Knowledge of integrating with AI/ML models, particularly those powered by OpenAI, is a plus.
Database Management: Hands-on experience with relational and vector databases, particularly Postgres, and familiarity with drizzle-ORM or similar tools for database management.
Cloud and DevOps Expertise: Proficiency in Docker for containerization and experience with AWS for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
Automation & Testing: Experience with Playwright for testing automation to ensure the reliability and quality of applications.
Solid Theoretical Foundation: A strong understanding of software architecture principles, networking, security, and cloud concepts.
Your ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies will be crucial.
Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive them to completion.
