Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Audit Associate professional.
This role is an opportunity to contribute to the integrity and efficiency of our financial and operational auditing processes.
Key Responsibilities Independently manage less complex audit engagements from start to finish, including planning, fieldwork, and drafting financial statements.
Coordinate with audit team members and update supervisors, managers, and partners on engagement progress.
Build strong relationships with clients through responsive communication and professional service delivery.
Guide junior staff, ensuring quality control, meeting deadlines, and managing tasks.
Conduct research on audit topics and present findings during internal Continuing Professional Education (CPE) sessions.
Essential Skills and Experience 2–4 years of recent audit experience at a CPA firm.
CPA license preferred candidates actively pursuing CPA licensure or a 5th-year/Master's degree are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrates initiative, commitment to quality, and eagerness for continuous learning.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
Governmental audit experience is a plus, though not required.
