Job Responsibilities: As an expert in the company's component test products or solutions, provides responsive and in-depth pre and post-sales technical support including measurement, application and configuration.
Applications include active/passive component tests, compliance tests, impedance analysis, and material measurement.
Understand and resolve customers' technical inquiries via remote channels such as phone, email, portal, etc.
Performs research which may include replicating customer's issue in the lab and/or working with R&D to find resolution.
Delivers start-up assistance or solution implementation to the customer via remote means.
Qualifies and refers sales opportunities for hardware, software, and services to the Sales team.
Creates and contributes technical articles to the company's knowledge base.
Job Requirements: Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential due to the need to support the Greater China business.
Bachelors/Master/Dr.
Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Typically, 8+ Years Experience in using Test & Measurement instruments for Component Test such as Vector Network Analyzer and impedance tester.
Excellent understanding in microwave component test, compliance test and impedance analysis and material measurements.
Strong communication skills and possesses the ability to interact with a wide variety of people, and able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.
Possesses a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.
Ability to work independently.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
