MBRDNA's Autonomous Driving team is responsible for developing and implementing the next generation of autonomous driving systems together with US-based partners (Luminar, NVIDIA, etc) and colleagues in Germany. Systems include hardware and software.
The AD PM team is responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure that project deliverables are met on-time and support all relevant operational processes.

Job Responsibilities:Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with company objectives and customer requirements with limited supervision.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure teams are meeting timelines and resources are utilized efficiently.Manage multiple projects with limited supervision and ensure priorities are aligned.Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.Track operational KPIs and report out to all relevant stakeholders.Manage expectations by providing regular project updates, status reports, and presentations.Have a strong influence on internal document management system for project operational processes, ensure roles and responsibilities are known and understood by all stakeholders.Influence collaboration and communication among teams including process updates and improvements.Support ad hock operational needs and optimize day to day processes.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, or other Technical DisciplineProject Management education – PMP from PMI (preferred) or related certification5+ years experience in Autonomous Vehicle developmentExcellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills are a must, ability to create visualizations of KPIs and program risksExperienced with tools & processes required to manage complex projects (i.e. Gantt charts, risk matrix, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, etc.)Advanced problem-solving ability and conflict resolution skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast pace, and sometimes ambiguous environmentWorking on a computer for long periods of timeAbility to access inside/outside of vehicles and tight spacesValid Driver's licensePreferred Qualifications:2+ years in technical program management roleExperience working with global development teamsExperience working on joint venture between large corporations The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, job-related education, skills, and experience, geographic location, and market conditions.
