Be part of Global Deals Consulting Team working with world-class clients on financial and accounting matters Consult on deals, mergers and acquisitions for PwC clients. Analyze Balance Sheets and accounting reports under US GAAP & IFRS Work on P&L reconciliations. Financial Statements presentation and building of reports. Preparation of technical accounting memos. US GAAP-IFRS conversions Attend meetings with the Global Deals Team and Clients. Provide advice on Complex Accounting matters. Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
