Who You Are We are looking for a curious, passionate, and motivated Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for running and optimizing the company's accounting processes and will report directly to the Controller. We need a sound accountant who sees the full picture and who not only shines in tracking and reporting, but seeks to constantly add value across the organization. Your pragmatic approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and work ethic make you stand out. You embrace technology and implement it whenever you can to automate and streamline processes. You love Excel and know how to construct a beautiful workpaper. You understand the value of numbers, and think of the back-office as the engine that informs the company for growth. You aren't afraid to ask questions, but you're the type of person to tackle things head on and go the extra mile. You value relationships and seek them out when support is needed. You enjoy growth, learning, and taking on new challenges, because anything else just wouldn't be interesting. You have a general understanding of both US and Puerto Rican tax laws and can successfully manage outside experts to ensure compliance.
