Account Managers are in charge of all post-sale communication and lead cross-functional teams to maintain and reconfigure the campaigns in line with performance targets agreed with clients.

What you will do: Managing portfolio of clients independently with focus on large clientsSupporting campaigns through the whole lifecycleEnsuring client satisfaction and high retentionRegular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations for large clientsEnsuring timely paymentsNegotiating business terms and doing upsellPushing optimizations to meet client goals and internal goalsInternal reporting on campaigns and individual performanceMentoring for junior colleagues (new AMs and jAMs) in campaign management areaDriving company-wide or local projects in account managementBuilding expertise and being go-to person in some areas of knowledgeRequirements: Experience with account management and dealing with large clientsExperience with programmatic/retargetingPersuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentationsStrong problem solving skills, quantitative skills, very good command of ExcelGood track record, success cases in the previous role(s)Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivateAvailable to go to the office in buenos aires twice a weekNative in Spanish with fluency in EnglishAvailability to travel 5-15%.What we offer: Opportunity to gain experience in the field of RTB House, the fastest growing, thriving area of online advertisingCompetitive salary in USDOpportunity to work in a truly international environment.
