Semi Sr. Administrative and Finance Analyst | Buenos Aires, Arg.WeInstall.IT is looking for a Semi Sr. Administrative and Finance Analyst.

We are currently seeking a Semi-Sr Administrative and Finance Analyst who will play a crucial role in our day-to-day business activities. As we experience growth, we need someone who is up for the challenge of taking ownership and ensuring our brand meets our growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will provide business management knowledge and support the full scope of financial and administrative responsibilities. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic initiatives. This position requires strong attention to detail, administrative acumen, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Register, manage and stay current with work permits and regulations in each state where projects are executed to ensure compliance and adherence to legal requirements.Support Accounts Receivables, including customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. Monitoring and oversight of Collections Activities to ensure compliance with due dates.Support Accounts Payables, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors.Assist with bookkeeping tasks.Support compliance-related tasks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Assist with general administrative duties, such as maintaining supplies and coordinating meetings.Collaborate with the HR team on employee onboarding, benefits administration, and personnel records.Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.Proven experience in a similar finance and administrative role.Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.Goal-oriented with a natural troubleshooting mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate challenges.
