We are seeking a mid-level sourcer based in Buenos Aires to join our Americas Talent Acquisition Team on a 6-month contract. This individual will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our Creative and Media market in our LATAM locations, with a focus in Argentina.
As a Sourcer, your responsibilities will include: Identifying and engaging passive candidates for various positions at DEPT, including but not limited to designers, copywriters, account managers, etc.Developing and implementing strategies to attract potential candidates and maintaining a network to quickly fill open positions.Sourcing candidates in international markets, including the US and Canada.Collaborating with colleagues across the Americas.Managing active candidate pipelines through our ATS (Greenhouse) and developing world-class talent pools for future hiring needs.Conducting detailed screening conversations to qualify candidates.Ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.Maintaining a workload of on average 12 - 15 requisitions at a time.About You: You have at least 2 years of experience sourcing talent in the Creative and/or Media market (required) specifically in Argentina.You possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (a minimum conversational Upper Intermediate level is required).You are located near one of our Buenos Aires offices (Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata) and are open to working on-site a few days a week.You have experience sourcing and approaching candidates in the US or Canada (one of these is required).You have prior talent sourcing experience, whether from an agency, RPO, or in-house environment.You are skilled at identifying and engaging with top talent at all levels.You stay informed about market trends and enjoy creating talent pools based on this knowledge.You are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to improve sourcing and recruiting processes, as well as exploring new sources of hires.You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are adaptable, and possess a natural curiosity to learn.You are organized and can prioritize your work to align with the changing needs of the business.WE SUPPORT YOU BEING YOU: DEPT is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
