Take advantage of this rare opportunity by utilizing available resources.Position Summary The Public Safety Operations Manager will be involved in all aspects of supporting the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Security Department and a primary liaison with law enforcement. This candidate must possess strong interpersonal communication skills while interfacing with the numerous government agencies that support the stadium's security posture. The Public Safety Operations Manager will be a primary stakeholder overseeing the stadium's Emergency Action Plan and responsible for conducting exercises and drills to keep stadium staff in a constant state of readiness. This position must have a clear understanding of NIMS and ICS operations for developing and implementing stadium security operations. The Public Safety Operations Manager will be required to work non-traditional hours that include nights, weekends, and holidays. The Public Safety Operations Manager will report to the Director of Public Safety at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.Roles and Responsibilities Manage the part-time law enforcement personnel which includes payroll, training, scheduling, project development, event estimates, budgeting, and hiring and retaining officers.Manage the contract EMS services for all events at MBS, HDBY and International Plaza which includes scheduling, pre-event estimates and post event incident reporting.Prepare public safety resources for each event and collect and complete post event documents.Develop and implement a NIMS and ICS posture for the safety and security at the stadium.Maintain paperless associate files for the Security Department.Assist in facilitating the All-Agency Intelligence briefing.Must be highly organized and meticulous about task management.Build relationships with local, state and federal partners and leverage external resources.Establish and enhance relationships with public safety agencies that support stadium operations.Conduct quarterly/seasonal tabletop exercises and enhance the stadium's Emergency Action Plan on a as need basis.Leadership - Exhibits confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well.Readily accepts feedback from others and provides vision and inspiration to peers and subordinates.Displays enthusiasm, passion and optimism.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Education Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Security, Law Enforcement, or the Military within the Sports & Entertainment Industry.Proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint; Vizio; Outlook.Experience operating ISS 24/7, ABI Mastermind, and Genetec VMS (or like systems).Comfortable training groups or individuals about operating systems.Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.ASIS or NCS4 Professional Certifications desired.Required Skills Ability to direct and lead law enforcement and medical associates and contractors.Strong ability to write IAP's.Skilled in traffic flow and traffic management plans for special events.
