You'll likely spend time working on
- Assist in the administration of enterprise security environment including Identity Access Management (IAM), SaaS, email, and endpoint security management
- Support implementation and management of Secure Service Edge (SSE) solutions across all endpoints including monitoring and enforcement of secure policies for web traffic and remote access
- Support the integration, management, and monitoring of SaaS security solutions, securing access and enforcing security policies for SaaS applications
- Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control activities across various platforms and applications, including SSO administration and troubleshooting
- Encourage a culture of security within the organization by advocating for security best practices during team member support sessions
- Support the monitoring and enforcement of security policies and procedures
- Manage ticket triage - categorizing, prioritizing, and managing incoming tickets based on their urgency and complexity
- Assist in the gathering of evidence for compliance audits

- Understanding of IT security concepts, principles, and security best practices
- 1-2 years information security and / or technology experience, 1+ years in a similar cyber security engineer role
- Interest or experienced working with IAM tooling, SaaS security, email, or endpoint security solutions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential
- Demonstrates a strong customer service-oriented approach when supporting both internal and external customers
- Enthusiastic and capable of working collaboratively with a team of skilled engineers and key stakeholders to advance cyber security initiatives
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Cyber security Analyst (CySA+) are advantageous
- Knowledge of NIST and / or MITRE security frameworks
