As part of the school's Centenary celebrations, the campus is being developed to enhance Tanglin's commitment to the development of student's academic, physical, emotional and interpersonal growth.
POSITION OVERVIEWTo achieve its mission and vision, Tanglin seeks to employ staff with the highest professional and relational skills who will actively support the school's commitment to a culture of excellence including in high Child Safeguarding Standards.
The primary focus of Tanglin Gippsland is to deliver the Highlands Programme: a five-week residential programme that focuses on experiential learning that fosters the development of curiosity, confidence and community in Tanglin's Year 9 students. Teachers will, however, be expected to manage and lead other groups that use the campus. These may be Tanglin groups or other partner institutions and it is hoped that staff will be entrepreneurial in this regard as there is significant scope for development and growth.

These are full-time and ongoing positions, commencing in Term 1, 2025. Applicants must have full Australian work rights.

Due to the nature of the campus and its residential programme, teachers are expected to live on campus to help provide around-the-clock care and supervision of students.
