Job Description
This is a remote position but we are hiring only in Buenos Aires, Mar Del Plata, Rosario, Cordoba, Mendoza, or San Carlos de Bariloche.
What you will do
Facilitate Scrum processes and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles.
Lead dailies, manage sprints, remove impediments, and ensure optimal use of JIRA Cloud.
Hands-on design, create, and refine dashboards in Jira Cloud.
Implement continuous improvement practices through Retrospectives and Kaizens.
Coach team members to be able to take over the role of Scrum Master once coaching is complete.
Must haves
3 years of experience as a Scrum Master .
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP), or other PM and Agile-related certifications.
Expertise in Jira Cloud to manage backlogs, sprints, and track work progress.
Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate ideas and Agile concepts clearly.
Advanced / Upper-Intermediate English.
Deep understanding of Scrum principles, values, and practices, including ceremonies (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
Effective Meeting Facilitation : Ability to lead Scrum ceremonies productively, ensuring active participation and time management.
Team Coaching : Guiding the team to follow Agile best practices and principles, improving their self-organization and accountability.
Clear Communication : Conveying ideas, feedback, and updates clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Go-getter and result-oriented attitude.
The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practices.
