Your missionFacilitate and support the adoption and implementation of Scrum within the organization.Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices, principles, and values to enhance their productivity and quality of work.Foster effective communication and collaboration within and across teams to ensure transparency and alignment.Identify and help resolve impediments and conflicts within Scrum teams to maintain a healthy and productive team dynamic.Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by all team members.Conduct regular Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure continuous improvement.Develop and deliver training programs for team members and stakeholders to deepen their understanding of Scrum.Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in the Scrum process and integrate these improvements to enhance team performance. Your profileBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent are advantageous.Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe), complemented by proficiency in a suite of collaboration and product management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Confluence.Demonstrating advanced skills in utilizing virtual whiteboarding (Miro), creating comprehensive Jira dashboards, leveraging test management with XRay, and orchestrating team activities using Hive are advantageous.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with high social competence.Fluent in English and German.
