**Main Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for teaching and living the values and principles of Agile; promoting self-organization and constantly improving our standards of work.
- Facilitates and supports Agile framework events for assigned team(s). May ensure planning of go-live and deployment activities.
- Effectively uses tools and practices to drive out waste, improve collaboration and keep focused on continuous improvement.
- Executes a coaching backlog to drive teams towards being elite in their delivery performance.
- Identifies, tracks, removes, or escalates impediments to enable team success toward commitments. Organizes cross team collaboration to remove dependencies to enable the team to move faster.
- Help support and guide the teams towards the business capability strategies.
- Assists with resource allocation and capacity planning for team to determine what team can take on. Works with product manager (PM), engineering manager (EM), and team to re-balance and re
- prioritize work within a sprint. Collaborates with the EM and PM to align and deliver a product level roadmap backlog, product metrics and development plans for scrum team members.
- Actively leans in to learn from internal and external coaching communities; acts on feedback to grow and succeed.
**What Skills You Need**:
- Understanding of Agile development processes and methodologies/tools
- Fluent English speaking, reading, listening
- Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.
- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility
- Knowledge of information systems, technologies and architecture.
- Capable of collaborating with business leaders to provide information technology solutions.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Software development and/or infrastructure and operations processes experience
- Experience with different agile frameworks
- Certification on agile frameworks
- Technical knowledge/experience on software engineering, security, automation, AI and/or UX
- Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience.
**Education**:
- Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
