Scrum Master

Descripción breve We are looking for a PM/Scrum Master with Salesforce experience to lead our development team. You will oversee Agile processes, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and remove impediments to ensure smooth collaboration and continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.

 
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, while promoting Agile practices. Oversee the Agile process within the POD, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices, and guide the team towards continuous improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, progress, challenges, and managing stakeholder expectations in line with Agile methodologies. Support team collaboration, remove impediments, and manage backlogs to ensure efficient use of team skills and capacities. Monitor performance, track project progress, and maintain key metrics to drive team performance and alignment with project goals. Foster a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement within the team.

  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a focus on teams working with Salesforce. Familiarity with software development and Scrum techniques, particularly in Salesforce environments.

  Preferred Skills: Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with experience managing Agile processes in Salesforce teams. Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with Agile methodologies. About Us
