Your Role and Responsibilities The scrum master is a team-level agilist who helps development teams work together efficiently and quickly. At its core, this is a servant leadership role that facilitates and supports Agile teams in delivering high-value solutions to our customers. You will contribute to creating an environment in which continuous improvement of the product development process is at the center and in which the common goal of all is to offer good quality software.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate the removal of impediments for teams and manage the appropriate escalation
• Support engineering teams, product owners and stakeholders
• Coaching for continuous improvement within the team and support with the use of metrics.
• Coordinate with other team level agilists and their teams on deliverables
• Facilitate learning through workshops and meetings.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working in agile teams, as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Team Lead
• Thorough understanding of agile principles, values and practices
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
• Advanced English management is required
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Agile certifications are desirable
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline highly desired
