As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing scheduling logistics, ensuring all appointments and therapist assignments are precisely maintained.

The Role

Responsibilities :

- Organize and update therapist schedules and client appointments using CentralReach.
- Adjust schedules as needed, including editing permissions and entering services accurately.
- Quickly address and resolve any scheduling discrepancies and errors.
- Recalculate monthly therapy hours to ensure precision.
- Convert and lock appointment codes as necessary, ensuring alignment with authorizations.

- Maintain meticulous data management within CentralReach, including client demographics, medical records, insurance information, and billing details.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications :

- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Familiarity with CentralReach software and ABA therapy practices is preferred but not required.
- Ability to tackle complex scheduling and administrative problems effectively.
- Professional demeanor, capable of working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
