Sap Re-Fx Consultant With German Language (B2/C1)

Context: The project focuses on maintaining and optimizing the SAP RE-FX system for commercial real estate management.
The consultant will support the client's real estate and facility management teams through methodical guidance and technical expertise.
Services Required: Methodical support and advice on commercial real estate management using SAP RE-FX.
Analysis of existing business processes and development of process improvements.
Implementation of technical components using SAP development tools (ABAP, OO, etc.).
Conducting requirements workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
Documentation of business processes and customizing settings in the SAP systems.
Project Details: Location: Frankfurt am Main Service Provision: Hybrid model (both on-site and remote as necessary).
Technical Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with SAP RE-FX and related technologies.
Proven experience in business process analysis and design.
Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP and understanding of flexible real estate management.
Familiarity with operational processes in commercial real estate.
Ability to use SAP development tools, including ABAP Workbench and dialog programming.
Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Jira).
