Job Description - SAP FICO Consultant (MER0003HKO) Description SAP FICO Consultant We are looking for an SAP Consultant with experience in implementing and supporting SAP modules.
The candidate should have experience in full-cycle SAP implementation or roll-outs, along with a strong understanding of integration and interfaces between SAP and other systems.
Responsibilities: Lead or support the implementation, rollout, and support of SAP modules including configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
Act as the SME for SAP modules, providing guidance on best practices and delivering training to key users.
Configure SAP modules to meet business requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
Design, develop, and troubleshoot interfaces between SAP and external systems, ensuring smooth data flow and accuracy.
Conduct business requirement workshops and translate business needs into SAP solutions.
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and interfaces, collaborating with ABAP developers as needed.
Support users during and after the go-live phase, providing troubleshooting, resolution of issues, and ensuring system stability.
Ensure system performance and data integrity while applying best practices for SAP configurations.
Ability to write functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces.
Experience with data migration tools, including LSMW or other SAP data migration tools.
Experience: 5+ years of SAP experience specializing in design and configuration.
At least 1 full-cycle SAP implementation or roll-out project experience, with active participation in all project phases.
Proven work experience in HANA implementation would be an added advantage.
Qualifications: Experience with S/4 HANA is highly desirable.
SAP certification(s) in FICO modules are preferred.
