We are currently looking for a #SAP #Cutover & #Hypercare #Manager (Sr) (Project Manager | Technical Lead or Integration Lead) to fill a vacancy in Zona Sur (Florencio Varela). Our Partner is a North American technology and consulting multinational, recognized for its experience at an international level, with a wide presence throughout the globe and continuous expansion. This position has excellent growth potential and a duration of 3 months (project ends in December 2023), with the possibility to continue working in other similar positions with our partner.
Candidates from CABA or GBA are required to work Full-Time on the client's payroll or with MaxIT Consulting. The role requires 2/3 times per week at the client's office in Florencio Varela, with transfers and meals covered.
The search is oriented to cover the needs of a long-term assignment where the final client is a British retail company.
Main responsibilities and key capabilities:A- Cutover Expertise:Developing and maintaining a detailed cutover activity and resource plan (business and technical tasks) and ensuring alignment with project and programme plan milestones.Ensuring that Site and Project resource levels and quality are appropriate to support delivery of the cutover plan. Resolve any variances with the Deployment Manager and Site Lead.Ensuring the site team understands their cutover responsibilities and holds a dress rehearsal ahead.Managing risks and issues, escalating as required to the Deployment Manager in the first instance to ensure mitigation.Tracking progress against the detailed cutover plan, ensuring the site team provides timely updates.During live cutover, act as the site cutover coordinator, leading the control centre, ensuring adherence to plan and managing any variances in conjunction with key members of the site and project teams.Driving closure of key post-go-live cutover activity and associated issues from the cutover plan.B- Hypercare Expertise:Plan and arrange post go-live hypercare structure and organisation.Triage tickets raised and coordinate activities across all teams.Communicate with incident requester for any additional required information.Allocate incidents to the correct individuals in the relevant resolver group(s) for resolution.Coordinate incident resolution between resolver groups as required.Manage escalations and set up cross-stream working groups to resolve issues if required.Prepare and run the end of day Hypercare meeting and the sending of the daily Hypercare mail.Some benefits of MaxIT - ask for Partner benefits:Salaries + quarterly adjustments.Additional vacation days.Birthday day off.First Level Health Insurance Plan for Family Group.Referral program.Join this incredible opportunity to continue growing and working with the best!
