We are seeking a SAP Customer Information System Manager who will join our team.
Role:
Analyze and refine functional and non-functional requirements associated with CIS systems for delivering the necessary technology service to AES Business. Create and evolve technical design throughout service development while maintaining adherence to functional specifications and system standards, quality & performance requirements and technical constraints. Manage the lifecycle of all SAP CIS incidents and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily according to defined SLAs. Lead the Digital CIS Team. Key Responsabilities: Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine the feasibility of SAP CIS projects Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with AES stakeholders Develop comprehensive CIS requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy SAP CIS solutions Main liaise with the AMS (Application Management Service) team to suggest a high-level functional solution Develop project estimates & complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc) Ensure that relevant AES stakeholders are involved in the specification of new services and/or major system upgrades to existing services Create detailed process designs that are necessary to operate the new SAP CIS service on a day-to-day basis Ensure designs produced adhere to SAP architectural standards & roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of service Peer review and sign off detailed designs by AES business key users. Ensure SAP detailed designs and configuration match high level designs and are traceable to requirements in AES functional specification People Manager for CIS Team Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Must have the ability to perform technical project management to achieve expected results in a timely fashion 5+ years of experience within SAP CIS ISU solutions. Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information using SAP structured frameworks and methodologies Analytical thinking abilities and client-facing communication skills. Vendor management skills and Business focus ability. Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U CIS Solution and Utilities business processes Fluency in English and Spanish languages IT-related, engineering (IT, industrial, etc.), and a Bachelor of Business Administration or similar degree.
