As a Salesforce Technical Assistant, you will be instrumental in the technical development and enhancement of our Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Personalization.
This role demands a deep understanding of Salesforce-specific languages and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in our CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Development: Utilize Apex for custom business logic, create sophisticated user interfaces with Visualforce and Lightning Web Components, and maintain Aura Components.Database and Query Management: Employ SOQL and SOSL for efficient data querying and manipulation within the Salesforce environment.Front-End Development: Implement dynamic client-side scripting using JavaScript, along with HTML and CSS for designing and styling layouts.Integration and Optimization: Seamlessly integrate Salesforce with various business systems, focusing on data integrity and consistency.Technical Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring the stability and scalability of Salesforce applications.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various teams to understand their needs and translate these into effective, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proficient in Salesforce-specific languages like Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.Experience with modern web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, and Lightning Web Components.Knowledge of database management and SQL.Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit.Strong desire to grow beyond managing minimum project requirements like tasks and timelines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Advanced English.
