Description: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to drive cross-functional projects in the After Sales - Customer Services area.
As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end solutions using Salesforce and mentoring the Salesforce team.

As a Salesforce Architect, you will be part of an agile team (SAFe), participate in all SAFe events, and contribute to a high-quality implementation of a Salesforce Service Cloud CRM.
You will mentor the Salesforce development team on critical technical solutions as part of Service Operations within the Salesforce platform.
You will actively help define, estimate, and design solutions for the required programs (projects)/user stories/features, participate in daily standups and full-day events, and contribute daily to improve the product being built, always aiming for the best product value.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team in a high-demanding but very collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities: Lead Salesforce architecture; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist in shaping our platform architectural vision and roadmap plan.Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce Products to drive solution architecture.Design scalable and sustainable architecture while keeping in mind Governor limits/API limits/Large Data Volume and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.Create POCs as needed to help stakeholders understand the proposed solution.Understand the User Stories and provide accurate workload estimates.Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside your organization.Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and product roadmaps.Understand the SAFE Agile framework and participate in SAFe events.Review existing solutions, monitor platform health, and suggest improvements/optimizations wherever necessary.Present or demo functionalities where involvement is required.Communicate properly and ensure the information is clear and workable for all parties involved.Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent.2 years of technical architect experience on Salesforce.9+ years of relevant experience with full Salesforce implementation (Service or Sales Cloud).Good understanding of when to use declarative tools and advocate for the preferred tooling.Proficient in designing scalable solutions using Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Flows, Batch Apex, SOAP/REST API Integrations.Experience with integrating Salesforce.com with 3rd party applications using SOAP/REST API, Middleware, etc.Advanced knowledge and experience in software development in an Agile environment – ideally with SAFe experience.Good understanding of integration patterns and technologies.Specific experience with at least one of the areas: Service Cloud, CTI integration, Omni channel, or Knowledge Management.Experience with online collaboration tools (ideally Jira/Confluence/Mural).Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to influence and engage colleagues or business stakeholders.Ability to be flexible and work accurately and outcome-based, both independently and in a team environment under pressure with changing priorities.Ability to partner with both technical and non-technical peers and stakeholders, interact with various levels of management, and promote cross-functional collaboration.Salesforce certified Application or System Architect.Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Experience in customer-facing projects.Excellent team player with good lead capabilities.Good presentation and reporting skills.Organization: Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited
