Nationwide Immigration Law Firm is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team! We seek a skilled Technical Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, driving successful implementations and enhancements.
Schedule: Monday through Friday - 9 AM - 6 PM EST. Pay rate: 20/hr. USD Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in end-to-end Salesforce or other cloud implementations. Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Certifications: Active Salesforce System Administrator Certification (highly preferred). Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (desirable). Additional Salesforce certifications (Plus).
Key Skills:
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating process flows, and translating them into functional and technical specifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes and recommend innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with data modeling and understanding database concepts. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions. Analyze existing business processes for optimization through Salesforce capabilities. Liaise with developers, administrators, and other technical teams for the design, configuration, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring clarity in process flows, use cases, and technical specifications. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Provide training and support to end users, helping them effectively utilize Salesforce features and enhancements Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user training and support. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in our Salesforce implementations. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations is a plus.
