Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and adhere to best practices.Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.Customization: Oversee the customization of Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other tools to meet specific business needs.Data Management: Ensure data architecture and data quality best practices are followed, including data migration, data modeling, and data governance.Security: Design and enforce security measures and protocols within Salesforce, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.Performance Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including design specifications, process flows, and data models.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices, recommending improvements and optimizations as needed.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are highly preferred.Technical Skills:Extensive experience with Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and data migration tools.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and other Salesforce development tools.Experience with CI/CD tools and processes in a Salesforce environment.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative solutions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why work for Launchpad? 100% remotePeople first cultureExcellent compensation in US DollarsHardware setup for working from homeWork with global teams and prominent brands based in North America, Europe, and AsiaTraining allowancesPersonal time off (PTO) for vacations, study leave, personal time, etc....and more!At Launchpad, we genuinely care about our people as individuals.
