Description:As a Salesforce Administrator (Support), you will be the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related support issues. You will work closely with end-users to resolve problems, manage system configurations, and ensure that Salesforce operates smoothly. Your role will involve troubleshooting, user training, and system maintenance to support our business operations effectively.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, with a focus on user support and system maintenance.Salesforce Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including user management, workflows, and data management.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach to support.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in managing system configurations and data.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or other relevant Salesforce certifications.Experience with Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce reporting tools and data analysis.Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Salesforce development tools, such as Apex or Visualforce, is a plus.Job Responsibilities:User Support: Provide technical support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and resolving problems in a timely manner.System Configuration: Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations, including user permissions, workflows, and data management.Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users and create documentation for Salesforce processes and best practices.Data Management: Oversee data imports, exports, and data integrity within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data management policies.System Maintenance: Monitor and perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates and patches, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system errors, performance issues, and other technical problems affecting Salesforce functionality.Collaboration: Work with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to implement and support new features and enhancements.Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.What We OfferExciting Projects: Come take your place at the forefront of digital transformation!
