We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join their team. This role will report to the Sales Administration Manager, and its responsibilities include:
Validation and entry of collection receipts.Analysis and reporting of held orders, identifying reasons for the hold, and managing their release.Coordination of deliveries and management of stock shortages.Reporting of pending orders for delivery.Following up on overdue customer debts, recording actions taken.Requesting changes to customers' credit categories.Generating credit and debit notes.Conducting customer audits through phone calls.What are we looking for? At least one year of experience in order management and account receivables.Intermediate-level students in Business Administration or Accounting.Problem-solving skills and commitment to tasks.Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Experience with the SUMMA management system.Job details: Location: GBA. Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Initially onsite, later hybrid.
