The Make Your Mark Internship (MYMI) Program is a Mercedes-Benz Canada internship program where students in their final year of studies or who have completed their studies in the past 12 months can gain experience with an exciting brand and organization.
Interns in the program have the opportunity to make an impact and apply their skills and ideas, supporting the team on a variety of projects and initiatives.

We are seeking individuals who want to be in the driver's seat of transformation, working alongside talented colleagues who represent the Mercedes-Benz values.
A day in the life: Mostly you will collect market intelligence data, including competitor, registration, and internal sales data, supporting market and sales steering initiatives.Periodically aid the sales steering team in discussions on dealer targets, KPI tracking, and management presentations.Analyze diverse aspects of the sales department, providing recommendations through advanced analytics.Handle ad-hoc inquiries, perform data extraction, and assist with administrative tasks like report generation.Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to prioritize key market topics such as claims and margin program support.Engage in various projects within sales steering to enhance business knowledge.Mercedes-Benz Canada is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible environment where all employees and customers feel valued, respected, and supported.

Qualifications General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements: Eligibility to Work in Canada: Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, as this role does not support work visa/permit sponsorship.Graduation Requirement: Candidates must have graduated in 2024 or expect to graduate by April 2025 with a specialization in Data Science, Business Management, or Finance.
As part of the onboarding process, the selected candidate will be required to submit a copy of their transcripts.Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required.
