Job Summary We are looking for a Services Sales Manager to build strong customer partnerships as an E2E System Solution provider & delivering financial and commercial excellence.
The position is based in Mendoza, Argentina; reporting to the Services Director.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do As Services Sales Manager you will:
Lead the delivery of financial targets of services business. Understand & drive improvement actions to secure a profitable account/sales area through commercial actions.Manage senior customer stakeholders to ensure delivery of customer satisfaction. May also act in the role of a Services Account Manager for defined accounts or geography.Deploy categories strategy in the market and support nurturing opportunities for customers.Guide & coach sales teams to create solutions, quote & negotiate deals/contracts with customers using Value selling and lead generation.Monthly forecasting for Services businesses to secure financial planning.Support creation and follow up of quality plans with selected customers.Understand & comply with Tetra Pak's Commercial practices framework (including Pricing, Contract terms & Authorization matrix), regulatory framework & general code of conduct. Manage proper & timely documentation of Customer Files.Lead the services account manager team including staffing, appointments, capacity, and capability plans in line with marked growth plans and capability plan.Identify competence gaps across service team & ensure learning plans are in place and executed.Support in case of complex/large deals/negotiations to escalate voice to management team/resource providers when required.We believe you have Degree in business/administration/engineering or equivalent work experience.3-5 years experience in B2B sales and service areas.You should be based in Mendoza, Argentina.Passion for sales and customer service excellence.Experience in customer management.Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.Can demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.Leadership skills, ability to engage people on different levels, internally and externally.Strong active listening skills with developed commercial sense.Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.Proven track record of sales achievements.Willingness to travel/drive.Preferably, you have experience in the Services or Processing department.We Offer You A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape.A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results.An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion.Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements.Apply Now If you are inspired to be part of our promise to protect what's good; for food, people, and the planet, apply through our careers page at https://jobs.tetrapak.com/.
