We are helping Premium Saunas find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Sales Representative for Sauna & Wellness Ecom-Store.

Compensation:

USD 800 - 1.2K/month.

+ Commissions(~USD 200/month)

Location:

Remote (anywhere).

What makes you a strong candidate:

- You are proficient in email support, outbound sales, and sales.

- Spanish - fully fluent.

- English - fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

Responsibilities:

- Answer and respond to outbound and inbound calls.

- Respond to chat / emails.

- Help customers place or update orders over the phone.

- Reach out to product vendors with order updates or cancellations.

- Escalate internally when customer issues arise.

Requirements:

This ideal candidate will have experience on the Shopify platform, sales and email support. Also, a general knowledge about saunas will help, but isn't required.
