Primary Responsibilities: Engage in Inbound Sales : Lead Zoom calls with potential clients, showcasing our software's features and benefits tailored to the needs of roofing professionals. Build Authentic Connections: Foster genuine, relatable conversations with clients, understanding their pain points and offering solutions with warmth and expertise. Onboard Clients: Provide hands-on support during the implementation process, ensuring clients feel confident and empowered to use our software effectively. Secondary Responsibilities: Proactive Outreach: Reach out to existing and potential clients via email and phone to maintain relationships and reignite interest in our software solution. Marketing Support: Craft compelling email campaigns and create engaging video tutorials to highlight new features and support user adoption. Collect Market Insights: Gather valuable feedback from client interactions to inform product development and enhancements. Adaptability: Assist with various tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team success. Key Requirements: Excellent English Skills: Fluent in US English with clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal. Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport and maintain professional yet personable relationships with clients in the roofing industry. Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Zoom or Google Meet for video conferencing and comfortable learning and navigating our internal tech solution tailored to the roofing and solar industry. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with basic CRM functions, such as Go High Level, for managing client interactions and tracking sales activities. Collaboration Tools: Experience using email and Slack for communication and collaboration within a team setting.
