Position Overview: We seek a driven, multilingual Sales Representative to grow our on-demand interpreting (OPI), on-demand virtual remote interpreting (VRI) and translation services in various sectors including, but not limited to life sciences, clinical, and medical sectors. You will focus on new business development, managing client relationships, and offering tailored language solutions that meet the demands of the industries we serve. Your background in B2B sales and familiarity with the life sciences, medical, and clinical industries coupled with your knowledge and experience with interpretation platforms and translation tools will help you thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: ? Identify and build relationships with target companies in various fields. You will assist in identifying these target companies.
? Lead Generation - Reach out through phone, email, social media, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to present our services.
? Develop strategies to grow business.
Sales of OPI/VRI & Translation Services: ? Promote and Increase sales of OPI/VRI services for real-time multilingual communication in various settings.
? Promote translation services for compliance, including document translation and regulatory submissions and promote solutions for translating key documents like clinical trial forms and regulatory filings using modern tools (CAT, TMS, AI, machine translation).
Client Management & Relations: ? Nurture existing client relationships, offering support and identifying opportunities to expand services.
? Help clients navigate language needs in regulated industries.
? Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy: ? Analyze industry trends, competitors, and clients' needs to gain better market position for DTS.
? Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for the life sciences, clinical and medical sectors.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: ? Meet and exceed sales targets, tracking progress through CRM systems.
? Provide leadership with accurate sales forecasts and insights for strategic decision-making.
