Objectives of job
- Provide sales planning, ordering and allocation support to the regional office/central sales management.
- Closely monitor and steer dealer wholesale/retail performance and report to region/central sales management.
- Sales forecast collection and analysis.
- Region wholesale/retail/stock management, including target fulfillment, logistics and stock monitoring etc.
- Ordering: Communicate with Central Management team on ordering issues and instruct dealer to order reasonable resources timely on a monthly basis.
- Allocation: Develop reasonable allocation plans and allocate vehicles to dealerships based on Central - Management and Regional office instructions on a monthly basis.
- Sales Forecast: Collect and analyze dealer sales forecast and submit it to Central Management on a weekly basis.
- Wholesale and Retail Steering: Monitor dealer wholesale/retail/stock condition and support its healthy status. Support dealer to fulfill the preconditions specified in VM/SI.
- Data Analysis and Reporting. Analyze significant sales data and provide reporting support to regional office.

Qualifications
Education
- University degree or above.
Experience
- Prefer at least 3 years related experience in retail industry or big data analysis function.
- Basic understanding of sales planning and ordering, working knowledge of retail/wholesale operation. Knowledge of automobile dealer operations is a plus.
Specific knowledge
- Well organized, logical thinker, and attention to details.
- Possess a positive, self-motivated outlook coupled with the ability to think analytically.
- Good oral and written English skills.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, E-mail and Web.
