The Sales Performance Steering Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) will act as a liaison to our dealer partners and internal colleagues in providing first level support for our market support incentive requests and inquiries.
Primary Responsibilities:Serve as the primary coordinator and support contact for dealership, customer, regional and internal stakeholders, for all market support related questions and inquiries. Provide internal and external customers with contact, process and important information to accurately request and account for sales incentives paid to our dealerships and third-party vendor partners via the sales incentive market support.Act as first level responder to Market Support System and dealer support center inquiries submitted by dealership and region personnel in conjunction with department team members. Escalate issues and priorities to Sales Performance Steering colleagues and management for high impact/visibility and time sensitive issues.Support the team in incentive claim processing and reporting to ensure timely payments to dealer and third-party vendor partners.Support department with ad hoc reporting, presentations, and serve as backup to team members.QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Graduate Student Enrolled in a Master's program - Preferred field of study: Business, Marketing, or related fields.Available from January 2025 - June 2025.Hybrid in-person schedule 2-3 days weekly, up to 28 hours maximum weekly.Available during core working hours of 10 AM - 3 PM Eastern.Preferred Skillset: Strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with MBUSA Employees, dealerships, executive management and Region/Field personnel.Task/Time Management Ability to organize workflow and direct tasks as well as document issues and resolve problems within set schedules and/or deadlines.Accuracy and attention to detail in order to properly identify and process the appropriate market support incentive claims, data and information which have financial impact to MBUSA and the dealers.Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite - word processing, spreadsheet software and ability to learn new IT application functions and administrative processes quickly.EEO StatementMercedes-Benz USA is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that appreciates and leverages the diversity of our team.
