Provide operational support and serve as the main point of contact for the Latin America sales team. Manage sales tools and systems, ensuring the team has necessary resources for success. Develop engaging presentations and visual materials to effectively communicate sales strategies. Monitor sales performance, reporting on key metrics and recommending improvements. Coordinate team activities to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and improve communication. The skills you need Fluent in English is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. 3+ years of experience in sales operations or operational support roles, preferably within a sales environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau). Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) and design tools (e.g., Canva) to create professional sales materials. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
