This position partners with the sales organization in South Latam Region (mostly interacting with teams in Argentina and Chile) to support sales-related matters, business policy and procedural issues.
Will manage sales operations team to support business initiatives.
About the Role In this opportunity as a Sales Operations Manager, you will:
Ensure sales discipline by orchestrating pipeline and forecast management tasks with sales leaders, being the central point for sales reporting for the business and Regional leaders;Partner with Marketing team to identify white space and generate/manage prospect lists to work with sales team;Play a leadership role on major operational decisions and initiatives within the business;Ensure consistent sales and account management communication and general support regarding special offer negotiation, contract issues, pricing issues, and general sales/account management related matters, ensuring business policy and procedures are followed;Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership to determine overall operations needs and represent Sales Operations on sales/account management related task forces;Assist in the development, administration and communication of the sales compensation plans and special incentives;Manage regional aspects of territory definition, quota setting and compensation planning together with Sales leadership;Lead, motivate, coach and develop their Operations team.About You You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
Excellent oral and written communications skills (in Spanish/English)Confident communicator and team player with robust interpersonal skillsAbility to work under minimal supervision and guidance, learning new responsibilities quicklyCapacity to interact confidently with senior leadership within sphere of responsibilityLeadership experience of more than 3 years is requiredAbility to work virtually with diverse individualsExcellent teaming, team-building, collaboration, and facilitation skillsExcellent organizational/time management/data management skillsAnalytical skills; collects, researches and interprets dataHighly proficient in following and applying processes to maximize sales performanceExcellent accuracy and attention to detailsHighly proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook, PowerBI), particularly ExcelUnderstanding of finance conceptsUnderstanding of CRM usage (Dynamics or SFDC preferred)To apply, please upload your updated resume in English. #LI-AC1
