Join our team! This position partners with the sales organization in South Latam Region (mostly interacting with teams in Argentina and Chile) to support sales-related matters, business policy and procedural issues. Will manage sales operations team to support business initiatives.
About the Role In this opportunity as a Sales Operations Manager, you will:
Ensure sales discipline by orchestrating pipeline and forecast management tasks with sales leaders, being the central point for sales reporting for the business and Regional leaders;Partner with Marketing team to identify white space and generate/manage prospect lists to work with sales team;Play a leadership role on major operational decisions and initiatives within the business;Ensure consistent sales and account management communication and general support regarding special offer negotiation, contract issues, pricing issues, and general sales/account management related matters, ensuring business policy and procedures are followed;Partner with Sales and Account Management leadership to determine overall operations needs and represent Sales Operations on sales/account management related task forces;Assist in the development, administration and communication of the sales compensation plans and special incentives;Manage regional aspects of territory definition, quota setting and compensation planning together with Sales leadership;Lead, motivate, coach and develop the Operations team.About You You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
