We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team to new heights.
Position Overview: The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing a high-performing sales force. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, setting and monitoring KPIs, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds their sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building successful sales teams, optimizing their performance, and achieving significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Development:
Train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Develop and implement strategies to motivate and inspire the team. Foster a positive and collaborative sales environment. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals. Set clear, achievable sales targets and KPIs for team members. Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets. Adjust strategies as needed to address market changes and optimize results. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track sales metrics and report on team performance to senior management. Identify and address performance issues and opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance team effectiveness. Goal Setting and Achievement:
Develop and implement a goal-setting framework to ensure team alignment with company objectives. Drive accountability for achieving sales goals and KPIs. Recognize and reward high performance while addressing underperformance. Customer and Market Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Leverage market insights to inform sales strategies and opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
