Job Description As a Sales Engineer at BlokID, you will be the technical backbone of the sales process, working closely with our sales and product teams to close high-value and complex partnership deals.
Your role is critical in demonstrating the capabilities of BlokID's technology, addressing technical objections, and designing tailored solutions to meet enterprise partner needs.
You will bridge the gap between BlokID's technology and prospective partners and clients, ensuring seamless understanding and integration of our solutions.
This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and support in closing partnership deals or large enterprise clients.Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to partners and clients.Solution Design: Design and propose technical solutions to partners, showcasing how BlokID's technology integrates into their existing systems.Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary technical resource for prospects during the sales process, addressing technical questions, objections, and integration challenges.Documentation: Create technical proposals, use cases, and supporting documents that demonstrate the value of BlokID's solutions.Collaboration: Work with internal product and engineering teams to align technical capabilities with client needs and feedback.Training: Educate partners on how to effectively use BlokID technology, ensuring smooth adoption and implementation.Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Programmatic Ads) and their APIs.
