About the Role As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by selling software development outsourcing services to new and existing clients.
This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in the software outsourcing industry.
You will work closely with the CEO, marketing, and operations teams to spearhead the company's expansion in the European market.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and foster growth specifically within software development outsourcing.
Identify and establish relationships with prospective clients across sectors such as finance, fintech, compliance, gaming, and blockchain.
Collaborate with the CEO to ensure alignment of sales strategies with the company's overall objectives.
Work with marketing to create targeted sales materials and campaigns for outsourcing services.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, focusing on high-value software outsourcing projects.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to continually uncover new business opportunities.
Report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and key metrics to the executive team.
Requirements 10+ years of experience in sales , with a minimum of 3 years specializing in selling software development outsourcing services (MUST HAVE).
Experience in a Software Development Outsourcing company is required.
Proven track record in Outstaffing and Outsourcing Sales : Demonstrated achievements in selling outstaffing and outsourcing services, with a focus on generating new business within these sectors.
Software Development Outsourcing Expertise : Extensive experience in selling remote software development services, custom software development, or software contracting.
Specific achievements and examples are a plus.
Selling to High-Net-Worth Enterprises : Experience in selling to large enterprises or high-net-worth clients, ideally with a track record of securing high-profile accounts.
Established Network Base : A well-established network in the industry with potential connections that could bring new clients to the business.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in software development outsourcing.
Strong professional network in relevant sectors such as media, telecoms, gaming, fintech, etc.
Deep understanding of the software development outsourcing landscape, including market trends and demands.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor these for outsourced software development services.
Self-driven and able to work autonomously in a remote setting, with a proactive approach to sales.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business development as needed.
