In this position, you will work in an exciting, fast-paced, global environment, handle confidential information, and maintain professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. You will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the company.
This position will manage and support all the administrative tasks at senior management level. Additionally, you will learn, develop, and execute sales tasks.
The position is based in San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will doAs Sales Director Assistant you will:
Support sales staff with quotation preparation including sales administration activities like order management, SAP entries, etc.Support in management and update regularly sales opportunities and customer data to promote sales.Understand our product portfolio and value proposition.Manage administrative tasks for the Sales Director.Plan, organize, coordinate, and support execution of management meetings, organizational meetings, events, and similar activities.Perform general office support to the department (including Microsoft Office requests).Travel planning and management.Finance/Cost management.Manage delegation of tasks.Lead business administration projects.We believe you haveBachelor's or engineering degree.Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.At least 2 years relevant work experience in role or similar.Nice to have experience working in multinational companies.Great knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Highly valuable experience with SAP and CRM.Good organization, prioritization, and planning skills.High service orientation.Driven and proactive work style.We Offer You A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape.A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results.An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion.Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements.Apply Now If you are inspired to be part of our promise to protect what's good; for food, people, and the planet, apply through our careers page at https://jobs.tetrapak.com/.
