Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team.
This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients through strategic outreach and exceptional communication.
The SDR will play a pivotal role in creating interest in our services, which include telecommunications, Internet, and networking solutions, while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Research: Independently identify and research potential leads and business opportunities.
Lead Management: Manage and convert sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver personalized client experiences by addressing questions, concerns, and service needs promptly.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing seamless support and fostering trust.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share insights to improve performance.
Optimization: Continuously test and improve messaging to increase engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications: Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
High proficiency in spoken and written English, with clear enunciation.
Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, or sales outreach.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice-to-Haves: Background in telecommunications, technology services, or SaaS.
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Experience in the telecommunications or networking solutions industry.
