About the Role We seek an energetic and responsible Sales Development Representative Analyst to join our growing startup.
In this position, you will be expected to contribute to the development of the Sales Team by booking meetings with decision-makers.
The Analyst will work closely with the company's Sales Manager and will have the opportunity to develop to a more senior role.
Duties and Responsibilities Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company Lead generation: Send emails to potential customers and partners.
Make follow-up calls.
Provide the sales team with data reports and contribute to updating sales operations.
Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales & support strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Identify where improvement is needed and suggest improvements.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Requirements and Qualifications Advanced student or graduated in Business, Digital Business, Marketing, Commerce, Technology careers or similar degrees.
Excellent writing and speaking English skills.
Knowledge of sales practices and customer service techniques.
Experience using HubSpot or any CRM it ´s a plus.
Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry.
Self-motivated and with a start-up mindset, eager to learn and independent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a problem-solving and negotiation character.
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong connection to sports is a plus.
