Job Description: RYZ Labs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative for one of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities within the commercial sector. Your primary focus will be to generate new leads and promote and sell the company and services to commercial clients, while also nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential commercial clients.
- Connect with potential clients via direct phone calls and follow-up emails and qualify via pre-determined guidelines/rules to understand their needs.
- Collaborate with and support internal teams to tailor solutions to client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Regularly meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong, client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through the conversion process to the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our partner´s offerings.
- Maintain accurate, updated account records/information by contact in CRM.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications: - Advanced English Skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- +3 years of experience in enterprise business development or sales.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Experience using and maintaining HubSpot, Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline and outbound activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
