Role Expectations As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the frontline of our sales team, responsible for making initial contact with potential clients through cold calling. Your primary objective will be to set up appointments for our Account Executives, helping to drive our mission of becoming a top-tier CPA firm.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to potential clients with the aim of generating interest and setting up meetings. Craft well-written emails to follow up on calls and nurture leads. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to sales closure. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system. Continuously seek ways to improve outreach strategies and contribute to team goals. Required Skills: 2+ years of experience in sales or cold calling. Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make a significant business impact over the phone and in written correspondence. Nice to Have: Experience in selling financial services or similar industries. Why GG?
