Our client is a fast-growing German start-up that offers a digital audit platform for their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across their supply chain.
They are looking for a hands-on Sales Development Representative to find new business opportunities, and book meetings with potential clients for the Account Executives to close.
If you are a driven, pragmatic, and patient person, and you don't take "no" for an answer, we are looking for you!
Tasks Run outreach campaigns and generate leads through different tools and resources, using email, phone, and social media Qualifying new leads over a phone call, making sure that the BANT requirements are met Understand the needs of the target prospects and passionately articulate the value that the company's platform provides, booking demos for the Account Executives Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in their CRM (HubSpot) Work closely with the Operations and Quality team members to ensure excellent service delivery Requirements Native level of Chinese Full Proficency in English 1+ year of experience as an SDR (outbound prospecting), ideally within pharma industry but not a must Previous experience with the East Asian market is a plus You are passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile.
